1. About Urban Source

Urban Source is a registered business operating in Bangladesh, offering apparel and related products for sale through this Site.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Bangladesh, or that you are using the Site with the involvement/consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without prior notice.
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk / BDT) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, and colors; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, or manufacturing batches.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to refund any amount already paid.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/product information).
Orders are typically confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment or delivery cannot be verified or completed.
