Delivery Areas

We currently ship only within Bangladesh. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

There is currently no minimum order amount for free shipping. Keep an eye on our announcements and social pages for occasional free-shipping promotions.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is confirmed, not the day it is placed. Occasionally, factors outside our control — courier delays, weather, national holidays, or high-demand periods — may extend these timeframes. We'll do our best to keep you informed if your order is delayed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, our team will confirm it via phone or WhatsApp before it is handed over to our delivery partner. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Please have the exact delivery charge and product amount ready at the time of delivery.

Inspect at Delivery

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the item appears damaged, incorrect, or tampered with, you may refuse the delivery or report it to us immediately — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
